Austin ProckPRO Superstar Shootout Funny Car Winner Austin Prock made his first run in Robert Hight’s race car a special one, winning the highly successful PRO Superstar Shootout Saturday night. The event was put on by the Professional Racer Organization or PRO, that was founded in 1991 to represent teams and drivers to the National Hot Rod Association. Prock won in Funny Car, Doug Kalitta in Top Fuel and Erica Enders in Pro Stock. More than a million dollars was at stake in the pre-season, non-points event.
