Biden: An Electric ‘Vette?!

If you’re in The Freak Nation you might have something in common with America’s new president whether you voted for him or not.

During Joe Biden’s campaign last year he talked about a 200 mile an hour electric Corvette coming in the pipeline. If so it would go along with his classic Goodwood Green 1967 Corvette roadster already in his garage, burnouts and all!

Biden’s father was a Chevrolet dealer and made the Corvette a wedding present when the President was first married. After more than fifty years the car is in perfect condition, an indication the President has a Car Guy gene.

But what about the electric ‘Vette? Even GM has secured the name Chevrolet e-Ray for the future.

The rumors have swirled for the last decade and the mid-engined C-8 hasn’t helped any.

Maybe a hybrid 1000 horsepower Vette might be the step before an electric one, despite what the President says. Let’s hope…
