This is the Statt Mann Baby!! Time to Scatt a little bit.

This week one of our favorite mini-Freaks fought his cancer long enough to show us what courage looked like. Then he left leaving us all yearning for another lesson from a great kid. Thanks Eduardo!

Then I was snapped awake Friday by a special person who told me through her tears that her daughter had fallen out of bed and was in pediatric intensive care.

Several hours later I passed a couple living out of their van in a parking lot behind a hand drawn chalk sign that read: “Radio Free Neptune…”

Only to find myself later arguing with my bank trying to get them to return one of the two mortgage payments they’d mistakenly taken from my account and didn’t want to give back.

It’s all life. But it comes to mind in a week that started with some big laughs at some small people who took the Freaks to task because we disagreed with their “Radio Free Pluto” outlook on things.
