Jeff Gordon haters, listen up!  In fact, come real close to your computer monitors… come on now!

SUCKS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!  Ha, ha, ha!

Jeff Gordon’s lead in the Nextel Cup series is TWICE the size of Rosie O’Donnell’s grocery list!  And no matter how many beer cans you throw, or insults you hurl at him, Jeff Gordon is STILL the BEST NASCAR driver on the planet today!

OK, enough of the competitive opinions of racing for a minute.  The fact is… NASCAR doesn’t usually race on Mother’s Day.  That is a tradition that has been hard to keep up with since the series’ inception, but one they really try to maintain.  Then this year… rain and wall street practically forced the Mamma’s Day 500 at Darlington to run on the holiday.  The result?  Gordon wins AGAIN!

But in the end, I think, Lugg Nuttz wins again.  Not at the betting window or the owner’s lounge… but where it REALLY counts… speaking of Mother’s Day, everybody thinks they have the best Mom.  I really DO!

Mamma Nuttz was probably in bed when I read this on the radio show Sunday night… God knows she has had a rough time the past year.  BUT, she’s also been the biggest positive influence on my life… EVER!  It’s great that everyone marks a day down in the calendar to recognize our mothers.  But the biggest lesson I’ve learned watching my incredible mother battle cancer is this… EVERY day is Mother’s Day.  Please don’t wait until your mother gets sick to realize that.
