NHRA Charlotte Top Fuel winner Spencer Massey delayed his celebration Sunday night to talk with The Freaks. And while he was at it, he explained to The Freaks how he’s a Machine full of procedures that include talking to his Top Fuel engine before runs. He calls the engine Billy. You have to hear him.
