Every morning, my ritual generally consists of waking up, taking my time to get out of bed and then heading to the computer to check on incoming emails and make sure there are no Freaks emergencies.

This morning was no different, as there were only 100 or so emails, mostly press releases and no urgent requests or bookings. So I planned to get going with my morning workout… until one more email came my way.

This particular email was a short video, sent from a family member. I thought I better take a look at it and then when I re-read the title I just knew I had to take a look at it… how in the world can someone get 540,000 miles out of the same car… and same engine!!?

After watching it, I was inspired. This is a woman who is more than just a car nut… she embraces every moment of life. And in this day and age of layoffs, deflated budgets, unhappy consequences and an overall sour taste in our mouths, something like this is refreshing.

This amazing car freak may not be Danica Patrick or Ashley Force, but she damn well knows about cars and even hints at having a racy past… just enjoy this 3 minutes with Rachel. I sure did.
